At Traxas Vehicles Model Shop, we’re committed to getting your high-performance RC vehicles and accessories to your doorstep efficiently, and ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns processes.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • International orders may require additional processing time

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium RC products with our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • RC Pre-Order items (special orders)
  • Opened RC Batteries (for safety reasons)
  • Personalized or customized items (including modified Vanquish Products or Gmade parts)

Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging (as when it left our warehouse)
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Items must show no signs of wear, tuning, or modification

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

  2. Receive Authorization
    Within 2 business days, we’ll email:
    • Return authorization number (RMA)
    • Shipping instructions
    • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
  3. Package and Ship
    Securely pack your RC vehicle or accessory using the original packaging. Include all components and documentation. Affix the provided shipping label (or your own for non-defective returns).
  4. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receipt at our Colorado facility, our RC technicians will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection:

  • Original Payment Method: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal refunds take 3-10 business days to appear
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: 15% applies to non-defective returns of high-value items ($300+)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Specify desired replacement item in your request
  • We’ll ship the new item once return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Traxxas, Gmade, or Vanquish product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll expedite replacement shipping
  • May request return of defective item for quality control
