Our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Your RC experience should be as flawless as our Traxxas TRX-4’s suspension system.

Important Exceptions:

  • RC Pre-Orders: Special order items cannot be returned once purchased
  • Opened RC Batteries: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used lithium batteries
  • Personalized/Customized Items: Any modified Vanquish Products or Gmade parts

Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging (like when it left our warehouse)
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Items must show no signs of wear, tuning, or modification

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Product name and reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

2. Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)

3. Package and Ship

Securely pack your RC vehicle or accessory using the original packaging. Include all components and documentation. Affix the provided shipping label (or your own for non-defective returns).

4. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our Colorado facility, our RC technicians will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection:

  • Original Payment Method: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal refunds take 3-10 business days to appear
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: 15% applies to non-defective returns of high-value items ($300+)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return procedure
  2. Specify desired replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Traxxas, Gmade, or Vanquish product arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll expedite replacement shipping
  3. May request return of defective item for quality control
